On this page I will show you where our terminals come from and what we do to deliver them to you in the best conditions
Acelstore terminals come from the best possible source (Apple) guaranteeing the originality of all its components.
Once at the Acelstore headquarters, our technicians review and test the
terminals to ensure its perfect operation.
After having thoroughly checked them and tested them several times, we kept them in these cool boxes and added some little details in the shipment

What happens if a terminal has a failure during the testing phase?
If any component of the device has any type of fault, our technical team will immediately replace it with an original refurbished component, or a compatible component of the highest quality, depending on the type of case.
Acelstore is the only conditioner that incorporates original refurbished components in its terminals.
What about battery health?
All terminals sold at Acelstore offer a minimum battery health of 80% (in some models even 85%) and no other reconditioner on the market guarantees higher levels of battery health.
If after 30 days after purchase the battery health is greater than 80%, we consider that it meets all Acelstore quality standards.
If after 6 months of the purchase of the terminal the health of the battery is greater than 80%, we also consider that it meets the quality standards of Acelstore (and the manufacturer itself).
After 6 months after purchase, any incident or problem related to the health of the battery will no longer be covered by the warranty, as it is completely normal for batteries to degrade with use.
(depending on the manufacturer’s specifications, you can expect a 1% monthly decrease in battery health depending on usage)
Remember that the grade only refers to the aesthetic aspect of the terminal and never to the health of the battery.
Each model offers a minimum battery health clearly indicated on the product sheet.
