How can I pay at Acelstore?

Acelstore you can pay with your credit card through Redsys, and by direct bank transfer through Klarna.

You can also finance your purchase and split it into up to 12 instalments in a totally secure way thanks to Klarna and/or Oney.

Why we do not accept PayPal

The high fees charged by PayPal would force us to raise the prices of all devices, preventing us from maintaining the main idea of Acelstore: to put in the user’s hand the best technology at the lowest price.

As we do not work with PayPal, we can offer you more competitive prices.

If you are concerned about the buyer protection offered by PayPal, you should know that Acelstore works with its partner Trusted Shops, which guarantees your purchase up to a maximum value of €2,500 (in addition to Confianza Online).

Acelstore’s devices come from stock that the brand cannot sell as new (due to returns, cancellations, unfinished financing, etc.).

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

You have 30 days to test your purchase without obligation. If you are not satisfied, we will collect the device from your home free of charge and refund 100% of your purchase.

What happens if my phone breaks or malfunctions?

The acelSAFE warranty protects you against malfunctions for the first two years. In addition, your purchase is protected by the warranty of our partner Trusted Shops (up to € 2,500).

I am not sure which STATE to choose

Let me give you a simple piece of advice: when in doubt, always choose an ‘Honors Degree’ handset. You will hardly distinguish it from a new phone (and if you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to try it out and return it for free).
