During the purchase process you will have the opportunity to take out acelPROTECT coverage, as long as it is available for that specific model.

The acelPROTECT coverage comes into effect as soon as your order is delivered, for a duration of one year.
You can cancel your acelPROTECT coverage at any time.
However, in no case will the user be entitled to a partial or total refund of the amount paid for contracting the same.
There are certain cases and situations in which insurance coverage is limited.
The following cases and situations are excluded from acelPROTECT coverage:
- In case of terrorism, civil wars, social unrest
- Natural or man-made disasters (e.g. earthquakes, storms, hail, floods, large fires, explosions, landslides and naval or railway accidents)
- Force majeure
- Intentionally Caused Damage
- Those events and/or risks of an extraordinary nature covered by the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros in Spain
- Second (and successive) claim or accident within the covered period
